Access and Installation

Accordance, BibleWorks and Zotero Support

Instructional support for Accordance, BibleWorks and Zotero is normally available during PTS business hours. Support is provided to current students, regular faculty, adjunct faculty and research assistants. Email academic.technology@ptsem.edu to request assistance, an in-class demonstration or an appointment to discuss your research. Response times may vary with the academic calendar.

Blackboard Support

Instructional and administrative support for Blackboard is normally available during PTS business hours. Support is provided to current students, regular faculty, adjunct faculty and applicable staff (faculty secretaries, Registrar’s Office staff, teaching assistants and designated library staff). Email blackboard@ptsem.edu to request assistance, a workshop or an appointment to plan for your next semester’s Blackboard courses. Response times may vary with the academic calendar.
